He was very professional. Listen to my concerns and order medicine that I needed. I was concerned about the inhaler that was $300 so put me on something that was less expensive.

I'm a new resident in Massachusetts and I have never, ever experienced in all of my medical care, and I'm [redacted] now, a physician who not only greeted me in the waiting room, but also in the office, instead of sitting behind his big desk, he sat next to me. He made me feel comfortable, heard. He was unbelievably professional, knowledgeable, and I was so incredibly impressed that I have now referred him to quite a few of my friends who also suffer with allergies and asthma. Exceptional staff

Dr. Eid was very welcoming and put me at ease right away. He listened carefully, did not rush and was very courteous. He made sure to get a full view of all my health issues and gave clear instructions on how we would proceed and monitor my health.

Dr Eid is amazing! He explained something to my [redacted] year old mother, and me, that no one had ever told me before. It explained so much about her problems and was life changing. I'm disappointed other doctors never did this. We are very grateful for his attention, care and kindness!! Great Dr!!!

Dr. Eid is a wonderful physician. He listens to the patients. He's very attentive and he does his utmost to provide answers and I felt very well cared for while I was in his office with his knowledge and desire to help a patient out.

Everyone was excellent, especially Dr. Eid. Before my visit, I had experienced weeks of red welts (hives) and gastro bloating in reaction to something. The only thing that kept it in control was prednisone. Dr. Eid asked me to stop eating mammal derived products until our next visit and ordered a blood test for alpha gal. Results are not back yet but after switching to my new diet, all symptoms have stopped. I am no longer on prednisone and all is still well. Looking forward to my next visit to get the results and further guidance. I am very happy, impressed and thankful regarding the medical care Dr. Eid provided.

My experience was perfect from beginning to end, from the reception to the nurse to the doctor himself. Kind considerate and knowledgable

One of the most comfortable practices I've ever been to. Front desk personnel, nurses and Dr Ryan Eid were all so pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and genuine regarding me as a new patient.

Dr. Eid listened carefully and asked follow up questions to fully understand my situation. He discussed possible causes and suggested appropriate testing. Dr. Eid examined my reactions to skin testing, prescribed an Epi-Pen and instructed me how to use it appropriately. A follow-up visit was scheduled with instructions to contact the office should I experience a serious reaction. I greatly appreciate how considerate, reassuring, and thorough Dr. Eid was during my visit.
