Dr Vasan is wonderful

He was wonderful. He explained the procedure I needed in simple terms with charts and graphics. He made me feel like I would receive great care from him and his staff. I'm [redacted] and have interacted with quite a few doctors but Dr Vasan is really a great human being as well as a knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Vasan cares about his patients. Even at times when I have to wait past my appointment time, I don't mind, because I know he is working with (for) his patients. He noticed I had a rash on my hands, he immediately looked it up and we talked about it, and the meds I took for it. I learned more from him than the doctor who treated me & my PCP!

The only issue is that we changed the date of my exam to allow me to have a procedure and that was never communicated to Dr Vasan. This will lead to me having to take some more time off and a return visit when it all could have happened in one visit.
