Ruth Pryor is an amazing provider. She takes the time to listen to you, explains thoroughly any questions that you have. She's very patient, very gentle, and I have already recommended her to some of my friends and I am going to actually have my daughter see her as well.

Nurse never came to check on my after procedure like doctor said they would. Waited 40min post procedure before just leaving on my own.

Both the nurse [redacted] and Dr. Pryor made me feel comfortable and made sure that all my needs were met before and during the procedure. Dr. Pryor explained the procedure and possible side effects well before, as well as actively checked on my well-being/pain levels during.

[redacted] I always have a great experience with this office and every provider I have seen so far. [redacted] The providers are all very knowledgeable and helpful and I feel like I am finally getting the answers I need with my medical history and problems which I am very thankful for!

Although Ruth Pryor listened to my concerns I felt she didn't take things seriously. Insisted that my issues would only be resolved with yoga, stretching weight resistance and aerobic exercise. I have done all these through physical therapy, stretching and walking but my symptoms don't improve. I have addressed these concerns with my primary as well with the same response. The symptoms didn't start until menopause. She was also unaware of my history of DVT when we discussed estrogen. Never asked about my family history which includes Ovarian cancer.

I would have liked the doctor to talk more about the medications she suggested, and their interactions with the drugs that I am taking. Instead, she suggested that I do some research into these medications and consider this on my own. [redacted] I wanted more information and felt a little rushed out.

This provider didn't listen to anything I had to say it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She seemed to rush the entire visit and had no care about my concerns.

Every time I come here, I ALWAYS feel good, the staff here are wonderful and attentive, I feel very safe being here, both nurse and doctor were very friendly and talked me through everything. Doctor asked if I was okay during the appointment and I never felt like I couldn't ask a question or feel like I couldn't say something was wrong. The reason i said never for the question related to lab follow up is because i saw the labs and reached out about the results, the provider then answered my questions. It would have been nice to receive a written summary of the visit/ and explanation of lab results and next steps. In the visit, next steps depending on the results were discussed, but it's not easy to retain all that information, especially when nervous. Since there was no summary, i had to reach out to make sure my next steps aligned with what we had talked about in the visit

Listened to my concerns and provided a thorough explanation about my condition and studies regarding my concerns with medications.

Excellent service

I had a very scary experience from my pcp in regards to a pap. My pcp had told me "something was going on down there". My pcp told me she thought I had a lesion on my cervix. Of course I was very concerned by this and immediately called this office for an ObGyn appt. Ruth was nothing but understanding and kind and even drew a diagram for me to better understand my care. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Ruth if you are reading this!

The provider was excellent. She looked at my history from many years ago and gave me input. She listened closely.

Dr. Pryor spent quite a bit of time listening to my concerns, asking me questions, and explaining her thoughts about my overall health. I really appreciated this attentiveness and I felt like she took my concerns seriously and shared information she knew could be helpful to me.

I would have liked to have had a printout of my instructions for care after I left for the medication. And I finally had that when I picked up the medication, but it would have been helpful to see that on the portal because it was a bit complicated.

She took the time to really make sure I understood the concern I came in for, and she gave me steps in case I experience the concern in the future. She took the time to ask me about my prescription and we discussed changing it to a different one, and she was very thorough in telling me about the side effects, etc. I am a new patient to the practice & I look forward to continuing care with Dr. Pryor.

Dr. Pryor always provides me with good care

I saw Ruth Pryor. She completed the exam in woman town, when she finished she left the room with a "Nice to see you and goodbye". I was never told anything about the exam, not one word! I still am upset about the results of the exam! How can I get any information about the exam? I am seething with anger. Now what?

She listened, addressed my concerns, gave multiple opportunities to ask questions, didn't make me feel rushed, and validated my experiences.

I wish it didn't feel so rushed and I that i would be able to share my overall GYN concerns and questions - it was a very efficient appointment for the one specific procedure I had performed but there was very little time and space for a more comprehensive conversation.
