Ross Icyda is supremely trustworthy. He delineates clearly the severity of each problem, indicating when a tooth might have to be removed, because the decay may be too severe. He is willing to employ his maxillofacial surgical skills to save a tooth whenever possible.

It would be a shame for either one of them to leave this office. I would find care elsewhere if that happened.

Dr. Icyda has excellent interpersonal skills that can easily relieve anxiety and apprehension about dental procedures. He is very knowledgeable that takes time to answers questions with an explanation.

We were in for an emergency visit for my brother who has profound autism. Dr. Icyda is fantastic! He is so caring and treats my brother with such respect. He patched up my brother's tooth and explained what he was doing directly to my brother every step of the way. I can't say enough about Dr. Icyda, I always know my brother is in good hands with him!

Dr. Icyda goes about and beyond to take care of his patients. I had requested an appointment for crown placement before the end of the year as my insurance after the new year was going to change with lower coverage. Dr. Icyda came back to the clinic for couple hours for this appointment/procedure while he was in FMLA/leave.
