Another outstanding visit at a MGB Facility! Thank you for even creating the Spine Ctr on Wells Ave. Such a terrific local resource with MANY gifted admin and clinical staff. Dr. Cho was extremely clear and explained things and conditions to me with a physical model and both my mri images and what more normal images look like. She was kind, listened, offered me options and I feel we came up with a healthy treatment plan together. And she assured me she's there if and when I want to revisit anything.

Every time I go to Newton Wellesley Hospital, I am 100% taken care of, careful, completed. I'm very comfortable there. The provider is wonderful.

Doctor spent a lot of time with me, but I felt she was rushing. She is new to me, perhaps that is just her manner, but the whole time, I felt as if she was out of time, and was rushing our visit.

My provider, Dr. Rosa Cho was incredibly knowledgeable about my diagnosis and delivered a solid plan to assist in providing me with the most comfort available. She was personable, kind, empathetic and made sure that I had a day and agreed to the plan. She also followed me out to ensure that I could receive a follow-up visit at her earliest convenience. Dr. Rosa Cho is not only a brilliant doctor, she truly cares about her patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Rosa Cho!

I was mostly unsatisfied with the appointment with this provider because I didn't feel that there was a plan coming out of the appointment. And it was just a lot of, I don't know, I'm not sure. And so I didn't come out with any confidence. I didn't feel that there was a plan and it was very unclear what the next steps were. So I didn't really feel that I was being taken care of.

Dr Cho was very knowledgeable. She was late to this first appointment and worked quickly to assess my condition. She asked good questions and responded quickly. Her instructions were clear. It would have been nice to have more time.

She paid attention to what I said and explained the next course of action.

My visit with Dr Rosa Cho may very well be the best doctor's office experience I've ever had. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and listened to my questions and concerns. She was an educator, a compassionate ear, and a problem solver. She had a holistic approach to my care and lent over lifestyle changes all possible solutions for now and the future, and even brought up how I could make changes during travel to make sure I was comfortable. Can't recommend her enough!

I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience with Dr Cho. She made me feel as if I was a patient who complained about pain every week, when in reality I had not seen her for three years. She seemed irritated during the appointment, showed no empathy and seemed to be bothered by having to explain sciatica. [redacted]

I was that I was going to have to waits more than two months to see Dr Cho, from my initial referral. Given the amount of pain I was in, this was way too long. I was pleased, then, to get in to see her after only five weeks, due to her planned vacation on the September date. My appointment went very well. Dr Cho took plenty of time to see me, explained my situation well, and gave me a good plan going forward. I am very satisfied with the care I received and hope future visits, if needed, will not be so delayed.

Not a pleasant experience for the most part. Does not listen and got the feeling she was not interested in helping me as her patient.

She was very good. She was very knowledgeable. She knew what was coming because of the MRI in front of her. The only issue that I have is that I have no idea about anything to do with the spine or a problem of the spine. And she did her best to explain to me, but I was probably too old to understand everything. I don't know what to do now. What do you say to do?

Excellent visit - discussed my concerns & aware of my previous back issues / procedures had done & why I was now referred to this Dr for neck/shoulder (trap) issues. Talked through my options of care moving forward in detail & plan for next steps activated quickly with insurance authorisation obtained, resulting in a procedure being performed 2-days later.

Dr. Cho was very excellent, included everything, very competent, and brought up some things I hadn't thought of before. I've had back ailments for years, ever since I was a teenager, so it was very nice to hear more things that I hadn't heard before. Again, she's very competent and I enjoyed listening to her and sharing ideas.

Dr. Cho provided exceptional care to me in this visit. She spent time with me, talking about certain medications I am on, and is pursuing my problem with tests, prior to administering a possible steroid shot or other treatment. I was thrilled to meet such a caring and thorough doctor.
