Dr. Benz has been the family pediatrician for 31 years. He is a wonderful Dr.

The provider spent majority of the time staring at the computer and entering things with very little face to face time. I had concerns about my child's umbilical stump, and he didn't explain the reasoning why he recommended to watch and wait or ask more questions. [redacted] Overall, the appointment felt very rushed and impersonal, but also resulted in me having to follow up multiple times in less than a week to have my initial concern addressed.

Dr Benz is very kind and clearly very good with babies, but the appointment felt rushed and like there was no time for us to ask questions. I attribute this more to the scheduling than to him, though!

My 2 kids mentioned that the Dr.Only looked at the computer. He seemed to be most concerned about filling out a template and do not have a meaningful back and forth interaction with kids or mom. I am sure Dr. Benz is absolutely competent but felt very scripted.

It was a positive experience. Dr. Benz is very knowledgeable and I respect him and appreciate all of his input for my child's care.

The cooker man was very great. The visits was very pleasant and he was patient, very patient with us and he carefully explained everything to us. But the receptionists, I think somewhat need to be improved. They were not very polite and they were not like really, for example, when I talked to her, she was like, interrupted and she turned to talk to someone else when I was at her desk or something. The office can continue and be moving.

Dr. Benz is respectful and focused during visits. He displays a profound knowledge of children and the practice of medicine. He explains information to parents and children in a way that puts them at ease.
