Didn't really speak with the nurse except she showed me where the exam room was and asked if there were any medication changes.

I was grateful that he had enough time to be able to listen to a good portion, I think, of some of my symptoms. I shared some with the nurse. He did do follow-up tests that no one else had done for over a year and a half, which I'm really, really grateful for. And gave me some hope where I had none because I was told that this surgery was no longer being done anymore. And I'm like, no, I know it is. So although I think there's more, but who knows? I think the sinuses are an issue too. But I didn't really, I don't know. He tested that, so we'll see what happens. But I'm very grateful that I have some hope again because I was given up on medical people.

Dr. DeV suggested I get a set of hearing aids capable of working with significant hearing loss in the higher frequencies of the audible spectrum. He suggest a MRI scan maybe needed in the future. He also set up future appointments to monitor my hearing loss I am pleased with the idea of continuing investigation of my problem.

1:40 appointment saw Dr @ 3pm.

Dr Devenecia it a great doctor, when I saw him 12yrs ago he diagnosed my problem with fluid in my ear after just a 5 min exam, I suffered with this problem for 15yrs and 6 other doctors. So when I started having same problem with my other ear there was no question who I was going to see for it.

Dr. Devenecia....was absolutely incredible!!! I spent 6 mos at PCP, neurologist, and 2 visits at an ENT in Rhode Island. They were baffled !! This Dr. at your Eye and Ear Hospital Figured out my medical problem in less than 10 minutes. He was not only so very intelligent and knowledgeable, he also listened to my questions and concerns and explained everything completely.

The Dr. Was very attentive and was very pleasant. Understood my concerns and explained things very well. His assistant was very pleasant as well and very helpful with my concerns also.

The doctor was one of the most kind, gentle and capable doctors I have seen at Mass General Brigham. He is just the kind of doctor you expect to get at such an institution. I felt absolutely cared for and in such good hands.
