The Dr. was kind and professional and I would definitely use him or recommend him to someone else.

While I realize I didn't have a major injury, the orthopedic surgeon spent less than 3 minutes with me [redacted]. He didn't explain my fracture, limitations, appropriate activity and bracing. When, I asked questions, he gave one-word answers or looked at me like I am crazy for some weird reason. [redacted] he couldn't get rid of me quick enough. [redacted]

Good experience

Overall my experience was very good. But I asked for a referral to an at home visit by OT & a HHA since I have a fx'd R wrist- a referral for 'home care' was ordered so I was seen by an RN which I really didn't need. The RN had to then get an order for PT, OT & a HHA. It all worked out in the end but I really didn't need a visit by the nurse.

The MA was very friendly and put me at ease. The Resident was very nice. Dr. Garg explained everything in great detail.

Dr Garg is an excellent surgeon. There isn't anyone I would trust doing surgery on my hand than him. He is professional courteous, and knows his stuff. I'm happy to have him as my surgeon.

The PA & Dr were great. The receptionist is unfriendly and borders on rude.

I have several doctors within this practice, all affiliated with Mass General. I am very pleased with all of them and the office. They're very prompt with giving me the appointments and reminders, and I'm very comfortable whenever I come there for any one of the doctors and providers. Thank you.

The staff were well organized. Took me on time had xrays and then saw the md. Was out within 30 minutes

I asked about my left hand pain but he focused mostly on my right hand, no treatment for my left hand that is still bothering. I wish he focused on it as well since I told him it is painful!

No idea why I have to complete the iPad questionnaire every visit but my answers are never referenced and they are dirty

It was so busy that day but everyone was so calm and relaxed. Very steady group!

Yeah, very knowledgeable, very well aware of what's going on. Very attentive. I was given very good care, and everything was actually pretty good.

Initially, I saw an assistant to Dr. Garg who asked me about my thumb problems and reviewed my medical history. She also did some testing on both thumbs and explained what her thoughts where on what was going on. She stated that she would discuss her findings with Dr. Garg . Dr Garg and his assistant came back shortly. He examined my thumbs and did testing before giving me his diagnosis. His recommendation was to give me cortisone injections in both thumbs. I agreed to the shots and asked if they could be done that day. Dr. Garg did an excellent job at explaining the procedure and what he was doing as he was doing it. Both he and his assistant did a great job!

Both Dr. Garg and his intern were excellent and very nice and easy to deal with. I would definitely want to see them again for other orthopedic issues.

I had a very good experience with Dr Garg.

Dr. Garg is professional and knowledgeable as well as those who work with him. I know I will need surgery in the near future and although not looking forward to this, I know I am in good 'hands'.

My appointment was 10 minutes long, I went in with a frozen finger. Within 10 minutes I was walking out the door. I felt like it was all about production. [redacted]

Dr. Garg spend a great deal of time with me explaining what he suspects....then sent me for tests which confirmed his concerns. I have a follow up to discuss what's next

This is a brand new experience for me at [redacted] I thought I had everything else. But both hands were involved in some severe reactions that were very frightening and very kind of disabling at the time. And even though it was, everything was explained very carefully. And even though surgery was going to be the end result, not anything terribly serious I don't think. The doctor was very patient and very complete in his conversations.
