He was very caring and respectful and responsive to my questions and concerns.This was an urgent care visit on a Friday and he called me back on Saturday at 8:30 pm.He said he would leave a message for my primary care doctor ( upstairs) Dr. [redacted] and that I was to contact her as well on that following Monday.

Appreciate seeing me so quickly. Explained ever step of the way and advised me of the blood work to be done

Hi, the doctor was very knowledgeable, very calm, collective, answered every one of my questions in a very thoughtful way. He knew exactly what he was talking about. He also did a follow-up for me to go in the emergency room to Mass General Hospital in Boston. So he was very concerned about my well-being.
