I would have liked to know and learn more about my condition and what to do about it.

Dr. Ricciardi is exceptional and highly respected. I was fortunate to get any appointment with him.

Dr. [redacted] and Dr. Ricciardi were both very thorough. They listened to me and made me feel like we had a plan going forward. I trust that I'm with the best doctor for my concerns and they outlined all of the risks and recovery clearly. I was worried meeting with a surgeon that I was going to be pushed into surgery without alternative considerations but Dr. Ricciardi made it clear that he would not operate on me unless he determines it necessary. It is probably necessary at this point and he is the doctor I want running point on my care.

Dr. Ricciardi turned what felt like a complex and concerning issue into a clear, friendly conversation. He quickly assessed my symptoms, performed an exam, and took prompt, effective action to address my situation.

The scheduler was great She set up an ultrasound following my procedure on the same day which made things so much easier and help d with my anxiety in closing the loop

Dr. Ricciardi was over an hour late for my appointment but once he arrived he was attentive and spent a good amount of time with me. He answered all my questions. He ordered a CT scan and I was able to get it while I was there. [redacted]

First, he listens to the patient 's health concerns respectfully and carefully. He takes the time to evaluate the entire patient condition and always is professional & courteous . I like his demeanor and approach to providing the health services of his specialty.

I think all the input was answered in the questions. I previously visited Dr. Ricciardi in BUrlington and was happy to hear he was a MGHBrigham. I value his expertise.

He is the BEST! I saw 2 other surgeons prior to Dr Ricciardi, The other surgeons did not seem to have the same knowledge and confidence as DR Ricciardi. Also Dr Ricciardi was the best explainer about what type of surgery I should have and everything involved about it including the follow up ect, I was so happy and relieved after meeting Dr Ricciardi because I finally got all my questions answered clearly and can now plan for the future. I am so Thankful Dr Ricciardi took me as a patient.

Understood my issues an is awaiting further test results (cat Scans) and Med Oncologist evaluation.
