Well at social hospital and not getting better, I asked to see a ENT. I was told there were no ENT on staff and I reminded them they are across the street. This doctor was kind enough to come after her daytime appointments and visit me and gave me the answers and treatment I was looking for and needed. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Dr. Pappal was professional and efficient. She addressed all my concerns.

Dr. Pappal was an empathetic listener to my reasons for the visit. She directed me to a hearing test on the second floor, after which she went over the results with me, explaining everything and encouraging me to take the next step in correcting my hearing.

Yeah, my experience was fine. We talked about the CPAP machine and how often I use it, how many hours a night, and how long I've been using it. So it was fine.

My provider is so kind and compassionate. She was readily available when I had questions about the status of my incisions. Got back to me immediately after I texted her about my concerns post op. She has a lot of confidence in her skills as a surgeon. This played a role in my confidence in her in performing my surgery

Excellent care, very professional and caring

I would have benefited by a sooner appointment. When I called for an appointment the person on the other end of the phone seemed impatient and inflexible in trying to find an appointment for me. Again, as I could possibly have a serious condition now, getting in to see the doctor sooner could be a material factor in the success of my treatment. In my past experiences with this office I have had only positive experiences.

Dr Pappal listened to my description of symptoms and family history. She expedited follow-up testing (CT Scan). Excellent visit. I feel like I'm in good hands moving forward.
