Dr. Pappal was very kind and explained everything to me. I have multible health issues. Due to those and testing that has been scheduled we decided to postpone the next step in testing for Inspire.

The provider was the first one to schedule a complete hearing test which the provider knew I needed and immediately sent me to the hearing lab upstairs.where an examination was conducted which ultimately led me to purchase hearing aids. This changed my live. Also, the provider has scheduled another hearing test in 9 months.

It was wonderful. I just love Dr. Pappal. It's the first time I've seen her. She's so professional and knowledgeable and I love the x-ray people. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and the provider I've gone through before doesn't even have an x-ray machine and you have to go somewhere else to get your x-rays and they don't take you until after everybody in their hospital that's had hospital work goes. So I was in there for like three hours. So to be able to just walk right in and get an x-ray is wonderful and I love your staff. I think that the people who are at the desk are just four star. I'm just very happy with everything. Bye-bye.

Robin was aware, empathic, skillful, and highly effective all in a very pleasant manner.

Dr. Pappal was very helpful and so much fun to talk with. She listens well and she helped me understand the physics of bipap operation and mask function. She solved my problem of too much pressure against my eustachion tubes by explaining why the mask I am using isn't helping me; she examined me and reassured me I have no anatomical problems; and she gave me information about further follow-up. When she ran the camera up my nose it was after a clear explanation of how it would work, how I should help her, and what the camera would look at. Then she repeated the instructions to be sure I understood. The procedure was easy after that. She was just terrific. I was so happy to have gained the information that would lead to better apnea management.

Well at social hospital and not getting better, I asked to see a ENT. I was told there were no ENT on staff and I reminded them they are across the street. This doctor was kind enough to come after her daytime appointments and visit me and gave me the answers and treatment I was looking for and needed. I couldn't ask for anything more.
