Dr. Hallowell provided an excellent experience. He was knowledgeable, kind, thorough, asked questions, listened carefully and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions that I had. I left feeling better about Dr. to patient interaction than I had in a long time. I was impressed by the efficiency at MGH. The ambassadors were very helpful. I use an oxygen tank and needed a wheelchair and they made that process easy.

It took a long time to get an appointment with this provider and when I had the initial visit the next earliest follow-up was seven months in the future, which I think is a long time. It would have been better if it had been the option to have an earlier appointment.
