I was very impressed with Dr Goldstone's knowledge and understanding of my situation. I believe he has the right plan for dealing with my Cancer. I am very confident that I picked the right surgeon.

Dr Goldstone is incredible. He was so informative, clearly dedicated to his profession and so able and experienced. He patiently explained what he does for an operation like mine. Listening to him was an eye opener. His nurse by comparison...meh. Nice but no helpful info from her. Conversely my consult with the B.I. doc and her nurse was very different. Almost 45 mins w nurse after doc consult where she went over in detail how I would prep for surgery and what to expect post op...etc etc. Having said that Dr. Goldstone covered the some of the same ground. Finally, I had never been a patient at Newton Wellesley. Its the craziest quagmire I've ever experienced so no thank you. Ill be doing my surgery at B.I. downtown.

Dr. Goldstone was very caring and simply great - he put me at ease immediately. He listened intently. He took the time to explain my condition in detail while patiently and thoroughly answering all my questions. I really cannot say enough how positive my visit (which I'd been a bit nervous about) was.

Everyone at the Newton Wellesley Colorectal Surgery Department has been wonderful, from the doctor to the nurse to the person at the front desk. They've been great.
