He's awesome! I think there's a lack of communication between him and the other doctors I should be referred to. I see lots of doctors for different issues but over the past few years I think the communication is lacking. I used to hear from specialists if I had an issue that I explained to my PC. Now I tell my PC but never hear from a specialist

Entire visit smooth from reception to check out. The medical assistant who took my vitals professional and kind. My PCP ordered an xray, trying to determine if referral to orthopedic surgeon needed. Dr Ludwig is my regular PCP.

Re Being seen in a somewhat timely manner... My appointment was very last minute. I could have been directed to urgent care but my PCP agreed to see me on an emergency basis. I did have to wait one hour beyond the scheduled time but given I was "squeezed in", I was not concerned and in fact was grateful to be seen by someone who knows me well.

He was not very helpful and didn't seem interested

I needed a follow up with a dermatologist. But the wait to get a appointment is to long. It would be helpful to the patient if Brigham's could work outside. With other hospitals or providers on behalf of the patient.

It was the most stressful three days of my life. I went to the doctor here in Marlborough Urgent Care and said, I thought I had a urinary tract infection. It went on for three days of screaming and hollering with my daughters over nothing. or how they saw my behavior. When the result came in from Dr. Ludwig, it ended everything. All is cool now.
