Dr. Harrington is a special doctor who goes into great detail of his analysis of the issue. He makes sur you fully understand the medical issue and gives detail of what actions are necessary to resolve the medical problem. He is a great ortho doctor and I highly recommend him.

I had a very wonderful experience at Mass General in Portsmouth. The place is immaculate and every person I met was helpful, friendly, and encouraging. That's it. Any questions?

He prescribed a cortisone shot but an appointment for the shot wasn't available for 10 days. That's a long time when a patient is in severe pain.

I love, love, love Dr. Richard Harrison, Harrington. Oh my goodness. I love him so much. I can't remember his name, but he replaced my mother's knee. And when it came time for me to have both of mine replaced, there was going to be nobody else that was going to touch me, but Dr. Harrington. And if I ever need another joint replaced, I would want him to do it. However, I hear he's just like consulting or seeing patients, but he's not performing surgery any longer, which disappoints me. But he said he would put me over with another surgeon that he's very familiar with and would be able to help me just as well. So I absolutely love Dr. Harrington.

Dr Harrington was friendly and pretty much on time. He came fully prepared with a diagnosis and plan of treatment before he met me or spoke to me. He did not seem interested in my description of how I experienced hip pain and problems with walking.

He was very thorough in explaining everything and listened to my questions and concerns. Very friendly and puts patient at ease.

It went smoothly and quickly, all the staff were nice and polite. The lady that took my xray was very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable for my whole visit.

I always have excellent visits, they listen to any problems and show concern for me. Explain things and make sure I understand.

So far, things are going well. I'm going into PT now and I'll find out more. In a few weeks, I'll know whether his diagnosis is proper and I'm getting better. But so far, he's done an excellent job.

Dr. Harrington explained that the radiologist had misread my xray and that I didn't have a new break. I had actually started to think along this line because my pain levels had significantly decreased and I was able to walk almost normally. I appreciated his explanation of exactly what I did injure when the can fell on my foot. He explained the bruises and how to move forward as well as providing me with several exercises to strengthen my calf and feet.

The experience was quite positive. He was very attentive. He knows what he's doing. I'm very happy. I will certainly be back if I have other problems.

Dr. Robert Harrington is the best doctor I've ever seen. He is kind, respectful, understanding,caring I am totally relaxed with him. He did not rush me, took all the time I needed. Explained every thing in laymans terms. Didn't use medical terms like so many doctors do. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has difficulty with medical personnel.

Dr. Harrington was so caring, so compassionate. I was at the bottom of the worst feeling I've ever been, and he was amazing. Listened, came up with a decision, came up with a plan, made perfect sense, made sure I was comfortable with it. I am so impressed with him.

Very professional and helpful

I've been seeing Dr. Harrington since around 2006. I have followed him from his previous practice to this. I hope he never retires. Unfortunately, I know that's inevitable, but very, very, very satisfied with him. Couldn't find a better orthopedic surgeon.

The only problem I had was finding the place. The directions didn't say anything about it being on Pease. That would of made it alot easier. Then I could not decide what building they were in. I went into B and they told me it was A. Then OK from then on.
