Everyone was super nice and helpful. Very professional. I use the travel clinic for all my travel vaccines, as their knowledge of the country I am visiting adds to my upcoming vacation.

She was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and provided very good advice. She alerted me to be careful of animal scratches and bites, so do not pet them. That was not something I had ever considered, and really appreciate learning this. She also looked through all the vaccination records that I had printed out, and checked that they were all current.

This provider gave me the necessary medicines for traveling and reviewed my immunization record. However, she spoke too fast explaining on travel precaution (regarding food or insect bites) it was hard to follow.

MGH travel clinic is a hidden gem. Dr. Charles and her team are great. She answered all of my questions and gave me great tips on how to stay healthy while traveling

The doctor was very informative. She explained to me everything I needed to know, she explained to me about her experience with the vaccine that I needed, and she also confirmed that she's taken all the recommended vaccinations due to her frequent travel to Africa.

Excellent and knowledgeable

Great. Efficient travel consult and walked away with needed vaccines administered in-office and Rx for Malarone and azithromycin. Efficient. Only (minor) complaint is I think I was seen at 6:20 for my 6:00 appointment. But that seems par for the course so not unexpected. Providers were great - both MD and RN.
