As with my experiences with BWH, this team showed tremendous professionalism and courtesy. Surgery is in about 10 days and we are very confident that it will go well. BWH has superlative medical staffs. We are fortunate to have them with us.

My provider on this date was Dr. Teo, and I received excellent service from him. He spent extra time with me the first time I met him, and he answered all the questions that I and my spouse had, and he spoke very carefully, and explained things in detail. I feel very confident having him as my surgeon, and I would definitely recommend him to others.

Dr. Teo is amazing! I have been a nurse for 45 years, I'm "Type A" and a perfectionist. Dr. Teo has high standards and we both were on the same page about the upcoming donor surgery. He spent so much time answering my questions. After my questions were answered he asked me if I had any further questions about my daughter who will be a recipient. I could not have found a better surgeon for my upcoming procedure.
