Dr. Hill has always taken good care of my ears and makes sure that any issues are communicated clearly. In addition, he always take any additional time to examine my throat, as well.

The doctor made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had before he treated me. During the treatment I had a lot of anxiety and the doctor calmed me down and told me everything he was going to do before he did it. I had a great experience and I would go to him again if needed and I would tell people to see him for any ENT needs.

Scheduling appts 15 minutes apart is ridiculous. That's why doctors get behind. Am seen by the doctor, then he has to go to office to write notes. Dr needs a scribe to write down information as the doctor talks to the patient, then dr can move on to next patient quicker.

I was deeply impressed by Dr Richard Hill. He was 100% focused on the task at hard: the removal of wax and debris from my ears. His questions were precise, and he listened attentively. He concentrated quietly during his examination of my ears. When he collected the mixture of wax and dried skin from my ears, he did so delicately and carefully - despite the narrowness of my ear canals. It was clear to me that he was an experienced and expert surgeon. It was an amazing and valuable experience to have been treated so professionally by Dr Hill.

This is the second time that I've shown up for my appointment and they have no record of it. The receptionist and the nurse accommodated me and had me wait awhile so that the doctor could see me. I appreciated that. They were very kind to me.

Yes, I've seen Dr. Hill numerous times in the past. He is a very, very patient doctor and I never would have gone back unless I thought that. He just has great bedside manner and he knows what he's doing compared to most of the doctors that I have seen. There's only a handful that I would ever go to and he's one of them.

The doctor was knowledgeable and gave amply communication. The problem is that I have an ear infection. Sinusitis is not my primary concern, unfortunately my doctor provided a refferal for sinusitis. Therefore, that is what doctor Hill saw me for. He listened to my situation but would only address the sinusitis.

Very understanding about my concerns. Treated me with respect, and completely explained my condition. Also, his treatment completely helped my condition almost instantly! And he was kind enough to answer a question that had nothing to do with the concern I came in with which resulted in him recommending a visit with an audiologist. I was able to secure an appointment for the following week.
