I genuinely appreciate the time and advice provided by the treatment team. I was particularly concerned about one portion of my test results, and all three physicians took the time to explain why I received my diagnosis which is more favorable than one outlier test result. Although this is a scary diagnosis for me, I know these physicians often work with patients who are sicker than I am, yet they were still thoughtful and thorough in explaining my treatment options. After leaving the meeting, I felt confident that my decision to pursue surgery was the right one. All three physicians were great.

Dr Lee was very attentive and understanding of my diagnosis. He explained in great detail his recommended plan and other alternatives as well as the pros and cons. I started the hormone therapy that day and will return in a month for another consultation.

great service, listened to me, and discussed all my options

The provider did not start the 11:45 meeting until just before noon. Because it was a Zoom meeting, there was no one to ask whether the provider was sick, tied up in an emergency etc. I telephoned the hospital, but they did not know anything at first. I would recommend that providers set up an automatic message to be sent after five minutes after scheduled just to say that provider is here and is expected to start the meeting shortly. If providers are sick or otherwise unavailable, they ( or their assistants) can manually send out an alternate message to that effect. The alternate messages would then cancel the other message from automatically going out.

Yes, our presentation of the three doctors, two in the room and one on Zoom, was outstanding. They were very clear and precise on everything, including side effects, which I thought was very important. And they were very professional, and I felt very comfortable and confident that this is where I should be. I think I'm in good hands.

Dr. Lee has great patient skills and seems genuinely interested in me and even my partner! One the "business side", the longer he helps keep me living, the more I will like having him as my primary oncologist! :) Additionally, after my visit w/Dr. Lee while I was driving home, the nurse was kind enough to call me with my PSA blood results as soon as they were available. Much appreciated!
