Dr. Mostone is a kind, caring , experienced professional, she gave me her personal number in case I will need something, before Thanksgiving she called me again and shared if I need help with anything after surgery she will be happy to come to the island from her holiday to take care of my needs . It was very reassuring and make feel as a patient truly cared for! During the whole process , from appointments, treatments, surgery and post surgery, Dr. Mostone haven been admirable and very comforting, not only for what she said but her demeanor you can feel her genuine empathy and care for her patients! Not the most personable.

I made a mistake on the survey. When it asked me if the nurse was good, I pressed one for no and it was not correct. Four. This was a top 10 experience from the beginning to the end. I left there feeling amazing. I was in and out within an hour. It was an incredible experience. I'm so glad I got to do the survey. Please make sure that the nurse knows that she did a great job and so did the doctor. Fantastic. Thank you.

Doctor was concerned about my issue. She's very professional with a great "bedside" manner. And walked me through what she was doing

Doctor Mostone listened carefully to what I had to say concerning the pain I had in my foot. She took her time and carefully explained the problem causing the pain and the various remedies we could take to alleviate it. She was very factual, knowledgeable and easy to understand.

This doctor was a good listener, reviewed my chart, and heard my concerns, gave me options, weighed the options with me, and helped me to make the decision that I needed to do that would most aligned with what I needed. And she did so very respectfully, without pressure. And I feel that I received the care that I needed, ultimately. Her bedside manner was very calm and grounded, and her responses were thoughtful.

Dr. Mostone has been my podiatrist for several years. I am extremely happy with her. [redacted]. Dr. Mostone treated me with kindness, concern and compassion for the pain I have been experiencing. She was very thorough and went over the X-rays from May [redacted] with me. It was clear her interpretation of my condition and treatment recommendations were different than Dr. [redacted]. She acknowledged this in a very professional manner. Her recommendations to me were made with confidence and care. I trust her and will continue my podiatry care with her.

I was very pleased to be able to get an appointment so quickly. And she really seemed to know exactly what was going on with my issue and my history. And so the whole experience was a positive.

I think I have always received good care, so personally I can't fault anyone, I have no complaints. I rate it a ten, my congratulations. Even the attendants, starting with the attendants, the receptionist, they treat us well and are polite. She informs someone that we are there, then comes the secretary who walks us over to where we have our consultation. It's very good. If we are in the hallway, any employee will talk to us and ask what we are looking for or where we need to go. Therefore, I rate it a ten.
