I have always felt listened to, respected, and very well cared for, which is something I truly value. The nurse has also been wonderful over the years - always kind, friendly, and reassuring. The only aspect that felt a bit uncomfortable during my recent visit was being asked to present my ID. As a long-standing patient with my photo already on file, the request felt slightly impersonal. I completely understand the importance of office policies, though the interaction came across a bit colder than I'm used to experiencing here. Overall, I sincerely appreciate the excellent care and dedication of the team.
