As my situation and length of illness goes over 20 years it's very complicated to explain to her, she waited patiently even though it's very difficult for me to explain of my problems and concerns yet she was kind and listen attentively and respectfully and I appreciate that very very much. Because when you have so many mysterious symptoms and concerns and have gone to literally dozens of doctors, she still gave me some hope that maybe this doctor will find the answers of why I've been so sick. I hope she finds the cause of my Immune Deficiency .

Dr Saff is the best example of a caring, professional, helpful doctor. She listens intently, and answers questions fully. She provides information that gives me a lot of hope for the improvement of my health going forward.

The doctor listened to everything I had to say and asked pertinent questions so you knew they had done their homework. I felt like I was in great hands and their was wonderful communication throughout.

Dr. Saff is just excellent. Her summation of my medical history goes back a couple decades and is a summary I carry when I travel and may need to brief someone on my history. I saw her two days after a TIA and she asked if she could help with the referrals for the recommended follow-ups, and did (thank you). She is very patient with my efforts to describe my issues and reassuringly thorough in addressing them. I feel quite confident in her care.

I've had a great experience at Dr. Saff's office. Not only has the care been incredible, but the way she practices and stays up to date with all the newest medicines and talks to me about new options for allergies is incredible.

I don't know if there was communication between nurses and doctors -- but both were good communicators, warm and friendly, knowledgeable. The front desk was also terrific -- very helpful in arranging future appointments. I learned a lot from Dr. Saff -- some of which I've already put into practice -- and once the testing is done I may be able to streamline my self care, once I know what is really causing the skin allergies. I'm very thankful.

Dr. Saff had me change meds from Xolair to Dupixent. It has been a great change allowing for significantly better breathing. Enjoy meeting with her but glad I am now in the 1 yr follow up. However, I know she is there for me if a situation were to occur. Great visit
