I think it's always hard on the first visit to a new pcp. I wish they had access to sort of a history summary. But I thought the Dr did a great job of walking through items and providing me the opportunity to comment and add color.

Not what I was used to from my previous doctor who retired. Even the basic looking at eyes, ears, throat was not done. Felt rushed listened to my back but not my chest. [redacted]

Dr. Kelkar is absolutely fantastic. I hope you folks really make efforts to keep her there. I do feel like she's a bit overworked. I mean, your whole system seems to be a bit overworked when I try to get a future appointment, but she is unbelievable. She cares. She's competent. She's right on top of things. She's been an incredible new provider for me. So I guess that's my fundamental comment, is that she's fantastic, and please don't do anything to screw it up so she leaves again or whatever, you know? Because I had my last provider for many, many years, and then she left, and there was a big gap between the time I was assigned to a new provider, and Dr. Kelkar was it, and she is just unbelievable. Dr. Kelkar is very thoughtful and thorough. Very easy to talk to and she listens and addresses all my concerns. I am very happy to have her as my doctor . I think she is an excellent doctor and Mass General Brigham Wentworth-Douglas Hospital made an excellent choice in making Dr. Kelkar part of their team.

I was surprised how much I liked Dr Kelkar. She was personable and listened. It was my first time meeting her. The only thing - with the mask on, it was a little difficult understanding her. But I'll get it. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience in a good way.

In fact, so much so, I've been trying to get my husband to get an appointment with her, but it seems like she's overbooked. So I guess my only regret is that she just has too many patients. But yeah, she was lovely and she was very thorough and she's always very, very understanding and listens and always does the best for what concerns I have. So I think she's great. She's a great asset for Mass General. My husband sees a whole bunch of other doctors there and some are fabulous and some are okay. So, but she's a great asset to the Mass General family and I only wish she had room for my husband. So that's my basic comment. So thank you and have a good day. Bye.

Listens and responds carefully

Absolutely A ++. ! With a very lengthy and complicated medical history, she did amazing. Have been followed in Boston hospitals got 35 years and she is the first one locally that I was completely satisfied with.

This was my first visit. Dr. Kelkar had looked up information on my portal and was familiar with my record. She was also very polite to my daughter who was on speaker phone for this visit and answered all the questions my daughter had (I have a foggy brain). [redacted]

Went beyond the usual treatment and made prescription and referral needed

[redacted] She's an incredibly devoted individual and sensitive. [redacted] I felt very comfortable sharing with her. She is an extraordinary sister in kind and I am staying with Mass General Brigham in part because of her and her staff's efficiency. [redacted]

First time seeing this provider as mine retired! [redacted] Doctor did not review my medical history before meeting with me.

This was first time as a new patient, but Dr Kelkar was familiar with my chart from my previous primary care. She was very pleasant, thorough and spent a good amount of time getting to know me and my medical issues.

My first visit new Dr. Wasn't as thorough as physical with Dr [redacted]. No breast exam, did ask if I noticed any lumps, do have mammogram scheduled. No internal, not due for pap til next exam. Didn't check eyes, ears or throat. Wondering if it is because this was first meeting with new doctor. She is very nice, and not hurried.

My first visit with Dr. Raveena went well, she has replaced Dr [redacted]. Getting used to a new physician is hard, however Dr Raveena listened attentively, didn't rush, and I will stay with her and see how it goes. [redacted]

This was my first time meeting Dr. Kelkar. I was nervous, new doctor and all. But Dr. Kelkar was incredible. I am SO happy she is my doctor. She was patient, informative, concerned and dealt with all of my concerns. I could not ask for a better doctor.

This was my first visit with my new assigned Primary Doctor, I was very pleased with our initial meeting.

Dr Kelkar is a good listener when she initiates the questions. However, she was surprised that I came with my own list of questions. Fortunately she was willing to listen and provide answers.

It was a good experience overall. The provider did a great job. The only issue I have was that the nurse had asked me if there was anything that I would like the doctor to address but the provider did not address them. I had to bring it up or it would not have been discussed. But the provider did a great job other than that.

This is my first time with this doctor and she was very good very nice and I wanted a woman Doctor after all these years and I think I'm gonna do OK with her so thank you for having her there

I wish this appointment could have happened sooner but the doctor was great. Doctor Kelkar was patient and listened to my questions and concerns. She provided good information and gave me antidotes from her own experience. This is what a doctor's visit is supposed to be about. I was very impressed and thankful.

This was my first visit with my new primary care physician. She was courteous, attentive and patient. She listened to me. It was clear to me she had reviewed my records before seeing me. All positive. I wish she was at the Pease, Portsmouth location.
