The PA (?) who I saw before the surgeon did an excellent job of explaining many aspects of my condition and the upcoming surgery. The surgeon, Dr. Bueno, was very patient with my questions and outlined the procedure he would be using to treat my condition. Although this will be a serious operation, I felt reassured by his explanation and the way he spoke to me.

What more could I say about Dr. Bueno that I haven't said already in other surveys. He is a top notch surgeon in his field,and a caring person along with that says quite a bit about him. I have seen him yearly since my surgery to check up on how my lungs look and feel. He knows and remembers who I am and what procedure he did. He doesn't have his face stuffed in my chart and asking me questions thru it as he's reading it. He's sitting and talking with me, not at me. He's also listening and not rushing me out the door. To me that doesn't make him a good Doctor, it makes him a great one. He makes you feel at ease and the work he did on my lung helps me to breath much better. And that makes me a lucky patient to have him as my Doctor.

Nothing all good

Everything went very well that day from the time I entered till the time I left. Everybody was good. I had no questions. They answered every one of them. The area was nice. Everything was set up well. I was very comfortable. I had a lot of help around me to help me with anything I needed. Overall, it was quite the experience. I had absolutely no pain at all during everything. And this was my first visit. And I can't say enough about it. Thank you.

I feel blessed to have had an immediate meeting with Dr Bueno and his assistant [redacted]. The Doctor that was the fellow who stepped in before Dr. Bueno on this visit disregarded my requests for her to stop pushing on a sensitive area. I understand if it happens once but she pushed firmly on the area 3 times after I had previously informed her I was in extreme pain and had asked her not to do it again.
