They were kind, calm, and gave me excellent explanations. and I just felt really comfortable there. And that's from the minute I got there until after I left. They were wonderful. Thank you.

Dr metson and his staff are the absolute best . Dr Metson is superb medical doctor . Our whole family is so greatful to him . I've seen other ear nose and throat doctors over thr years. No One even came close to helping me and solving my issues as did Dr Metson .

I live 90-minutes away from Mass Eye & Ear and I count my blessings that I can see Dr Metson for my sinus issues (surgery will be in a month or so). I know people travel from all over to see him.

Dr. Metson is the best. Period. So talented, so smart, so kind.

Meeting with Dr. Metson is always a pleasure. He's always experienced in what my conditions are and what my treatment will be. He also has fellows that always come in with him and are exceptional as they are learning the trade and the practice and everything else. So it's always a wonderful experience. Dr. Metson is absolutely amazing. I met him about 35, 36 years ago. I've met almost every one of his fellows. He knows everything about me. He actually, I truly believe, saved my life when I went into him after I would call him a butcher from another hospital, messed up my sinuses so badly. I had gotten meningitis and almost died. He sees me. I've had seven surgeries. The last two have been in his office with the balloon. He's up to date on all procedures. He's the kindest man I've ever met. And I would give him a 10 out of 10 or if there was a higher score as he's so intelligent. And as I say, I'm here today because of Ralph Metson.
