My appointment was a follow-up for a parotid infection that was treated a few months ago. Dr. Rahmati was fully aware of the problem which had resolved. He provided information on the recent CT scan and advice on any issues moving forward.

Dr Rahmati has been treating me for the last 3 years. He has always demonstrated patience and explained all the issues pertaining to my condition. He performed a procedure which seems to have rectified the problem and has followed me since to see if any reoccurrence. Thankfully there have not been. He reminded me that I can reach out at any time should the problem reoccur.

They were kind and friendly, but I left feeling like I wasn't taken very seriously - like my concerns were a big silly. I tried to brush it off while I was there, but I have really been left thinking about this for days. The doctor has good reviews and maybe my concerns didn't seem serious to him, but they were to me and I left feeling like I really didn't get any answers.

[redacted] he was in the room less than a minute. He asked me my name. And he said, if I still had pain. I said no. And then I told him that I had pain on my other ear that they didn't check it at the time. And then he said, OK, you're all set. You should be fine. I don't see any infection. And I asked him several questions that I wanted to be seen, you know, more further. And he said, I didn't need it. So I didn't like it. I did not like it at all.

He is one of the really exceptional practitioners. He listens to what you are concerned about. Answers those concerns and explains things in language you can understand. What a treasure you have in Dr. Rahmati. I have recommended him in several other states. I think he saved my life.

What he was doing to my ear was very painful So he told me to return after I used Debrox.

After Costco Hearing Aid Center told me I needed to have my ears cleaned out before I could proceed with getting hearing aids, I made an appt. with Dr. Rahmati because of a past very favorable experience at MEE. I found him pleasant, kind and he did a skill- ful, efficient job of cleaning out my ears. He also answered a question I had.

It was my first visit and he made the experience a very good one.

The visit was very awkward. I had a procedure done but it seemed like the nurse who assisted did not know how to properly assist. At the end of the procedure, the doctor just sat me up and didn't say anything. The nurse and doctor and I were just sort of looking back and forth at each other. Neither of them left the room or said anything, so I finally asked a couple of questions about post- procedure care and followup. Then I said thank you and went on my way. They both stayed in the room. Normally a provider will say something like "you're all set" and then leave the room, but there was no "this is the end of the visit" comment.

Dr. Rahmati was prepared with my information. He was thorough. He was thoughtful. He was knowledgeable and answered my questions, was very patient listening to me. Overall, it was a perfect medical experience as they go. So yes, I would highly recommend him. Thank you. Bye.
