She was kind and made me feel very comfortable.

I am pleased that Dr. Kaiser has been with Dover Family Practice for several years, and I can depend on seeing her for my annual physical. So many times, providers are in and out, and I don't ever feel like they truly know me. Rachel makes suggestions to improve my health without being judgmental. For me, that is important because I tend to procrastinate if I feel a test will be too intrusive or uncomfortable.

She's wonderful. Thorough, knowledgeable, and makes the visit very comfortable. She's very pleasant and easy to talk to.

I'm very impressed on how well she explains everything that's going on with my body. She is very thorough and has ordered more tests to see why I'm having such a hard time putting weight on. My seizures have been under control and the heart medication is keeping my blood pressure in control.

She was professional to a fault; however, I feel this may have impeded some empathy when discussing a visit with a past provider. The comment, "I wasn't the person who gave that information," was off putting.

She was patient. She was interested in what I had to say, the answers to the questions she asked, and checked with me several times to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. This is rare in providers these days. Her care and professionalism is greatly appreciated.
