The doctor that we had, Dr. Hardenstine, is the best doctor I've had in my life. My husband also sees her. She's always pleasant to us. She listens and she treats us with a lot of respect. So I think Rachel Hardenstine is the best doctor there for us.

Dr. Hardenstine has been the best GP I've ever had. Her care, communication skills, kindness and concerns travel way past the office visits to clear and timely visit notes, follow up checkins and accessibility. As well, [redacted]-nurse practitioner-is also very attentive and caring and professional. Thank you Rachel an [redacted]!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have Dr. Hardestine as my primary care physician at Brigham and Women's Hospital. She is, without a doubt, the best primary doctor I have ever had in my life. From the very first appointment, it was clear that she genuinely listens to her patients. She never ignores any question or concern I have, making me feel valued and understood. Dr. Hardestine's knowledge and professionalism are truly impressive. She always follows up with me, ensuring that I feel supported throughout my healthcare journey. It's no surprise that my family is envious of the level of attention and care I receive from her, especially when they compare it to their own experiences with other doctors who seem unreachable or disengaged. One of the main reasons I will never consider switching from Brigham and Women's Hospital, particularly this location, is because of Dr. Hardestine and her colleague, [redacted]. It's hard for me to open up and trust a care team, but they have made that process incredibly easy. If they ever move, I would follow them in a heartbeat! [redacted] Overall, Dr. Hardestine is truly the best of the best, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be under her care.

This was my second Medicare Wellness check with Dr. Hardenstine and I had several things I wanted to review as well as two issues that I had questions about. I like the way Dr. Hardenstine listens and then responds. Rather than directing the narrative she enables discussion and solicits concerns or misunderstandings which she then promptly addresses. All of her answers were clear and easy to comprehend. I found it reassuring that Dr. Hardenstine was able to pace the visit so that there was time for both discussion and a medical exam.

Dr. Hardenstine is a wonderful and dedicated primary care provider. Despite what I am sure is a busy practice she did not make me feel rushed. She offered thoughtful and useful advice. Apparently a [redacted]-year-old should stretch and not ignore progressive discomfort with exercise. I probably won't follow through, but that's on me.
