Thought it was a first visit, dr Rachel made us comfortable to talk about our issues. And explained in detail what would be the next steps.

Really great experience - I was SO nervous but the nurse and Dr. Ashby were truly amazing - they listened to my concerns, were extremely caring and compassionate and explained everything thoroughly

This was my first visit, she spent most of the time going over history and I clarified some of the info and gave more info. I had a list of questions and I didn't get to ask many of them and apparently we went over the allotted time. I didn't feel like it was enough time to go over everything for a first visit. I just met her. She seems to be a caring person who talks very straightforward which i liked.
