Dr Meltzer was great. She examined my skin very carefully and answered every question, and fear, completely. This gave me great confidence to know that I was in good hands. When you get old and spots start appearing on your skin it is very easy to think the worst. But seeing her take her time and examine every spot closely gave me confidence that I was okay. I felt she took her time and did not try to rush through anything. So when my appointment was over I felt very happy that everything was good. It's always nice to leave a doctor's appointment with a smile on your face that everything is good and you are in good hands.

I was glad she knew what my diagnosis was and ordered an MRI and a medication possibly to help my symptoms. Sad to know there's no cure, but that's not a reflection on her.

Dr. Meltzer is amazing in that she listens and truly picks up on concerns that a patient may have. She will monitor the work of my skin surgeon who is treating me for basal cell and squamous cell cancer. It is comforting that 2 well-educated physicians are watching my prognosis. Along with being an excellent physician, she has a wonderful personality. I am Very Pleased with Dr. Meltzer.

I did not like this provider. She informed that she has rules and I couldn't ask questions outside of itch related things. I found that odd and ridiculous since she is working for me. She also said I should go to therapy because I worry. All my worry is valid because I care about my health. Plus, I have medicine that puts me at increased risk for skin cancer. She isn't the right care provider for me.

First time with this provider- she helped me feel comfortable and at ease- was extremely kind, professional, courteous and provided excellent care. Hopefully I will be able to keep her as my dermatologist.

I didn't realize that BWH Foxboro had an urgent care dermatologist. Was glad that I was able to see Dr. Meltzer within 2 days.

She was so knowledgeable and right away picked up on my condition based on all of my plethora of symptoms and could sympathize and quickly come up with a plan. She was amazing. I also appreciated having the fellows and teaching physicians with her to bounce additional ideas off of. We are really grateful to have an appointment with her. I only wish she wasn't so busy so that I didn't feel like I was bothering her when I reached out with additional information or questions, but I understand why she is so highly sought after. Dr. Meltzer addressed my concern thoroughly, explaining everything step by step that was happening during the procedure of removing tissue for a biopsy. She also called me with my biopsy results as soon as they came in. I really appreciated the timely manner in keeping me informed. She set me up with a 2 month follow up to check it again. I am very pleased with her kind, gentle, knowledgeable and professional & supportive manner.

She is an amazing doctor

Dr. Meltzer is the kindest, most attentive doctor I have seen for this problem. I consider her my lifeline to symptom-free health. She explains things, listens to me, and treats me like a human being. She is excellent and I am so grateful to have found her.

My appointment with the doctor was good, very fast and quick. And actually, I was out before my appointment. Actually, time is supposed to start. So it was very quick and efficient and the job was done very good.

I was thrilled with the time she took with my care. She made me feel comfortable with my problem and was kind and helpful with my concerns.

I saw her for the first time because my typical provider was not available and I've actually grown to prefer to see her, she is thorough and thoughtful and is willing to get creative to help manage my deceptively complex issue. I also appreciate how thorough her notes are, it's so easy to refer back to mychart and have clear guidelines and summaries in her notes to refer to while I trial the medications and plans she suggested, much more so than most other providers I see across specialties. Easy, thorough and informative

Dr. Meltzer was amazing. Before seeing me, she read through my entire chart, which is quite thick, at this point. Very few physicians do that these days. We had a detailed discussion about my medical history, all my conditions and medications before she made her diagnosis or suggested a treatment plan. She answered all my questions and was quite clear about how she works and what the plan would be.She was also quite clear that, if the treatments we are trying don't work, there are other options. She is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about her field and incredibly personable. I finally feel like I have found someone who can help me with a persistent problem that drives me crazy. It's not life threatening, but incredibly uncomfortable. She also had suggestions to help me with other conditions not directly related to itching. She's one thorough and thoughtful clinician.

So, I find that Dr. Meltzer does a lot of outside the box thinking and has a lot of knowledge to apply to different reasonings that people don't normally think of. My test results don't equal what everybody else's does, although I'm sick. So she was able to look through all the madness and try to figure out a direct path to what's causing my illness and my autoimmune. Thank you.
