I know the doctors at MGH/BWH are overwhelmed with patients and as a result their appointment time is restricted. I just wish they had 5 more minutes for extra time to review my history and to scan my body more closely. It seems so rushed.

Dr. Clark was so friendly which really put me at ease because I was very worried about the medical condition I was experiencing. She gave me great information about the heat had happened and what I would experience after the visit. She was genuinely concerned about what I was worried about. This dermatologist is very familiar with the first dermatologist that I ever saw at Brigham dermatology which was over 20 years ago. I am very happy that this present Dermatologist whom I saw, Dr. Clark, has stayed at this hospital for over 20 years, which shows her dedication. I am looking forward to seeing her again. In addition her nurse was extremely helpful to me as I am a little bit disabled and need help with my dressing needs.
