Dr Puram is lovely..very easy to talk to. Very good about making a medical plan with me as opposed to just telling me what to do.

I believe that Dr. Puram is a great doctor. She explains everything so that I can understand and I did not feel I was being rushed due to time contraints that seem these days to be placed on many doctors, especially PCPs.

I never expected to get an appointment so quickly. I was concerned the Dr wouldn't listen to my reasons for wanting to stop the medication but she listened and agreed to let me stop. I was very pleasantly surprised.

I understand that a provider would choose to wear a mask. However, the provider should be sure to speak clearly when doing so, so that the patient does not need to ask the provider to repeat her conclusions or instructions.

Dr Puram provided me with information about my (current standing)) osteoporosis with expertise , logic and kindness.. I am grateful to have her as my Endocrinoligist.

Dr Puram is very kind. She explained my bloodwork results change in medication, recent testing, and my glucose blood sugar numbers.

Blood work completed on Thursday still waiting for a follow up which I know takes a week.

I felt rushed. I had several questions that I wondered if they were connected to the condition I came for. I was told to make an appointment with a rheumatologist. I have 3 other visits with specialists this fall. I feel my body is looked at in pieces rather than holistic.

AWESOME

I had no problems with my care. I do have a problem with the lab. The girl I had taking my blood was friendly. She asked if I had a problem with her being a trainee. I said no, but I figured she could take my blood, no problem. I had no pain from the needle. My problem is this.... she put the tourniquet on my arm, inserted the needle and didn't loosen it until she took the needle out. This left me with a huge bump above the vein and a very sore black and blue. I think she should have loosened the tourniquet after inserting the needle. I had ice on it that evening. 4 days have passed and its still very sore. More training is needed.

Dr. Puram, when she walked through the door, knew my history, knew I was in the hospital, she read everything about me. She was very upfront with me about everything. And she's always very, a lot of information. She had a lot of information. I like, I like Dr. Puram. She just, like I said, I was in [redacted] for 24 days and I had a problem and she had all of the notes. She had already read up everything on me. And she was, she was very good about everything. I like her a lot.

First time I met Dr Puram, my first impression is ... she's what a good Dr. is First, she's with Brigham's meaning she's got the medical expertise, great communication skill, shows empathy & ethcal.
