He was caring & empathetic about my situation. He knew exactly what I was talking about when I explained my pain issues. I was extremely happy that finally, someone understood & gave me medication to try & see if it will help with my pain. He also referred me to get an Lumbar MRI to see if my back has anything to do with my hip/leg pain.

If you had a rating scale that was above a 10, I would give Dr. Jin a 20 or even a 100. He is absolutely one of the best doctors I've ever had in any branch of medicine. He is spectacular, gifted, deeply knowledgeable, fabulously kind and sensitive, he thinks about future problems before you can think of them and addresses them, and dash. And then there is his technique and his genius. I've had other doctors in his field and there is no one else like him. End of message.

My PCP still ignores the fact that I am in pain. She told Me I had to see the pain clinic leaving me in pain for months, then after I go and meds are suggested. she leaves Me a note saying lies and I am not in pain.

I'm sure he's a fine doctor, but he was pretty late and the quality of the zoom was low, so he was hard to understand at times. [redacted]

I really like Dr. Jin and I like to go to the Waltham office. If I have to, I go downtown because he's too busy. That's my only complaint. He's so busy, I have to wait a long time to see him, and I'd like to see him more. Thank you.

Hi, I'm a patient of Dr. Ping and I just wanted to leave a message. He appears to be very, very intelligent and capable at his job and I'm glad I have him as a doctor. Though the only thing I would say is that it would be nice if I got a little bit more information out of him. He doesn't talk much. He doesn't communicate very much, but he is definitely capable and trustworthy and I just wish he would give me a little bit more information about some of the things I can be doing besides he and I are doing in the office of injections, whether he can recommend any PPE or anything like that. But he doesn't really...

Dr Jin and his resident spent a considerable amount of time taking a history and listening to my description of issues I was having. They both patiently provided both attention and time explaining treatment options. The conversation was clear and I felt listened to and respected as a person and as a patient. Dr Jin is a personable and seemingly caring doctor.
