very patient and thorough

A Senior Resident initiated the visit, Attending joined; it was a challenge to rehash chief complaint, reason for visit, as this was my 3rd visit; I appreciate the Brigham, it is my hospital of choice as I know the care/service provided to be excellent. I also know it is a teaching hospital. I wasn't expecting the resident to lead off the visit and was dismayed by the visit being longer than expected. I trust my care to Dr V, who is wonderful; and while I appreciate residents, interns, students, and am happy to have them be present, I do not want to repeat old history and reason for follow up for the benefit of a student or new provider. That said, Dr V leads a lovely team of dedicated clinicians

Dr. PM is incredibly thorough, thoughtful, very good listener, provides suggestions, and always, always has a good recommendation for me to follow up on. She also prescribes tests and referrals when needed. One of the best doctors I've ever been exposed to at Brigham or at Mass General. I've been exposed to quite a few and they're very, very, well, she probably rates number one. There aren't too many that would even reach the top five. So definitely highly recommend a professional. Great MD outstanding bedside manner

She understood the pain I was having she took as long as took to relieve some of my pain for my 2 1/2 hour drive home bearable . I felt she did all she could do for me . I've followed her directions and slowly feeling better

The doctor was very accessible, informative, and interested in my situation. She helped with medicine that she prescribed. That's all. Very good.

The doctor was very nice and seemed very, very good. And the resident was also very nice and very good. I did not think the front office was very nice. And the person arrived 10 minutes late for the first appointment in the morning. I was the first appointment and she arrived 10 minutes late.

The doctor and her resident were excellent. They were professional and compassionate. I was very impressed.

Dr. Piam is one of the most compassionate doctor. Always greets you with a smile and listens to you carefully before allowing a resident to examine. Later she herself carefully examines the patient all the while explaining what she is going to do. When she suggests a treatment she is open to the concerns and feelings of the patient and works to get a solution that works. She also responds very quickly to questions even on weekends. Her resident Dr. [redacted] was also very knowledgeable and compassionate while listening to me and explaining the treatment. The entire staff at this office is great. Thank you.

This is the best health care provider I have seen at Brigham. She is a specialist in BMS and TMJ. She listens, provides the time I need (more than any other specialist at MGB), is knowledgeable and provides advice. She truly cares and is the most valuable member of your team at MGB.
