This was my 1st visit with Dr. Song so my answers don't have any background to go on. But I was very happy with my visit. The only drawback back is portals not talking meaning Dr. Song didn't have all my background information that made it harder for him to answer some of my concerns not his fault but systems fault. Dr. Song is the most caring provider I have ever been a patient with. He remembers what was wrong. He treats very thoroughly the problem that I came for. Dr. Song was actually kind of magical. I've been having symptoms for decades and I have been poo-pooed when I have described what is going on and he knew exactly what I was talking about and did not poo-poo my experience. He actually understood what I was describing and it's definitely not fixed. But the validation I finally received over how it feels when I choke and eat and wake up choking just to be understood by someone that ?

Dr. Song is very knowledgeable, concerned for patients well-being, and well versed. He truly is wonderful!

I feel like the whole team was really knowledgeable about my specific vocal concerns as a singer, which was important coming to this office because I felt like it's a little more unique needs set and all that. And it was very reassuring in terms of diagnosis and next steps. I think the doctor was very smart and excellent at figuring out the problem but sparse in his communication. He did not explain to me why my vocal cord was hemorrhaging and what I could do to prevent it.
