The provider and staff went out of their way to accommodate me in their schedule and were overall exceptional! To the extent that the doctor worked with me to get thru this procedure was amazing even by MGH standards!

This was my first appointment at MassGen with Dr Amrein. He was running late but I was told immediately, which I appreciated. Once he got to me, he took his time. I did not feel rushed at all. He was respectful and was prepared. The intake nurse and his nurse both very kind and helpful. For a "scary" appt I came away confident I was in the right place and was in good hands with the care team.

Dr. Philip Amrein was my provider. I have never felt so safe with anyone, as long as I can remember, with any doctor. He is skilled, devoted to his practice, caring, calm, and very, very receptive to his patients. My father was a doctor, and I put him up there with my father. He was absolutely amazing.
