The provider was willing to try to figure out what was going on with me although he had never seen me before. It was something that had happened to me in the past.

I feel Very fortunate that Dr F agreed to see me when the nurse practitioner I had been scheduled to see called in sick. Dr F listened carefully to my description of how I felt and the history of it ..and examined me thoroughly and prescribed treatment that made sense and is likely to be effective!

This was my first meeting and experience with Dr. Peter Friedensohn. He was so pleasant and welcoming. During his examination of my nose, which was the problem he was thorough and saw exactly what needed to be done as far as cleaning out the area where the infection was he explained that it was 80% healed, but I needed to continue continue the ointment in my nose and showed exactly what to do, etc. I was so comfortable with him. He was knowledgeable, patient and understanding and I enjoyed seeing him such a pleasure. [redacted] if I need to see someone again, especially for this issue, I will definitely see him.
