It was a very informative visit and put my mind at ease about next steps. I felt like he wanted to be sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed before ending the appointment as well. Overall it was a great experience from start to finish.

It certainly was one of my most memorable doctors appointments ever. He was absolutely wonderful.

The interaction with the "nurse" was to only take O2, BP, and HR. Nothing more. Very little conversation. I've been a patient of Dr. Schwerdt for 18+ years and he is A+ as a physician, person, and human being that clearly cares about his patients. He spent quite a bit of time with me going over medications, talking about injuries, and understanding where I am today. He is fantastic and your group is darn lucky to have him.

He was so easy to talk with and share my concerns regarding recent testing I had done elsewhere. He answered all my questions and explained my test results completely. He was prepared for my visit having review my information online before my visit which made me feel I was in good hands. He is a dedicated professional and I am so glad I saw him.

I waited two months to be seen by a cardiologist and was very happy to finally get to the appt. I had been dealing with frequent PVCs which I understand is not a life threatening situation but it has massively been disrupting my life. When seeing the DR. He cut me off stating "look at me" "look at me", ok are you listening? Woman in their 40s don't have cardiac problems unless they do cocaine do you understand that" I was a bit taken back. ok maybe im not dying but i still have a problem that needs to be addressed. Nurse that took my cardiogram could be more personable. A robot could have done better. Dr. Paul was on target and much more personable than the nurse.

I so appreciated the doctor being interested in my medical situation and also in me personally, even remembering things we had talked about on previous visits. But most of his expertise is remarkable.

Dr. Schwerdt ordered a nuclear stress test. This was not booked for two months. However, because my BP was 220/90 the next day, I went to the emergency department and was admitted. Luckily he was the cardiologist who saw me the next morning and ordered a cardiac cath. This was negative and he started me on medication which has helped. I have taken it twice and have not had any chest pressure at night.
