This is [redacted], Dr. Paul Berry. He's a very good doctor. I've had him in the past and I really appreciate him this time. He was very helpful to me. He's on time. He's cordial and you get a good rapport with him. Most of the people do. He's very well liked with me. Exceptionally well. Thank you.

Very professional, easy manner and responsive to all questions and concerns

I was happy that this provider noticed results from older lab work and immediately brought up concerns that the previous provider had not mentioned. I was a little disappointed to be notified of a potentially life altering diagnosis was delivered by a message through the portal that was essentially a copy and paste of a message from the provider. Would have liked to have had either a phone call or a more personal message.

DR. Berry was very polite, knowledgeable and compassionate.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Berry. He's more to my age group and can relate to my problems, which made me quite happy. So this is where I am right now and I plan on sticking with him. Thank you.

My meds weren't discussed because I am a retired nurse and am familiar with them all.

Dr. Berry was exceptional in every way. On time, caring, great listener, curious, knowledgeable, patient, asked good questions, thorough, and exceedingly kind. I would recommend him highly. Many physicians are not curious and don't ask the probing follow up questions to get to the real issues because they have preconceived notions. He used the time so well and his competence was evident. Thank you

My appointment was made quickly with another provider (not my PCP) in the office due to an ongoing issue. I was grateful to be seen so quickly. The provider I did see was professional, respectful, communicative, asking many questions regarding my issue, and my medical history. Based on symptoms and my medical history, and my responses to provider's questions, the provider's judgments were sound, reasonable and professional.

He was very respectful and caring. Didn't rush through my questions or visits.

The provider should have been more timely with following up with the ENT specialist. This way, the specialist would have been more promptly prepared with the information received from the internal provider to set up an appointment for me with the specialist.

Ecellent care

This was my first meeting with this particular provider. I found him to be very efficient, caring. He had a very gentle way about him and was interested in knowing what was going on with me and came up with some reasonable interventions and follow-up. He was great. I had no problems. He was not my primary care provider, Dr. [redacted] is, but I would see him again in a heartbeat if Dr. [redacted] wasn't available. Thank you.

I was very satisfied with the receptionist in the doctor and all his aids all very courteous and helpful

Dr Berry was an alternate to my normal visit w/Dr [redacted] my primary care Dr being occupied & I needed visit for my sudden hernia issue. Dr Berry very professionally addressed my case & arranged for a second opinion at another Surgeon. He also listened to my concerns on my digestive system. While the provider is competent and respectful he refused to remove his face mask. That makes it very difficult for a patient to combine hearing aids with lip reading to assure understanding.

Dr. Berry was very knowledgeable, was helpful, thoughtful, and provided very useful guidance.

While I haven't had a great experience with other doctors I was happy to see doctor Berry. [redacted] is also great.

The visit was good but the information on the portal for the test results should be a little more detailed for the patient to understand.
