While likely quite competent, he seemed very set in his ways. Somewhat dismissive when I brought up two questions. Also seemed to diminish one of my ailments which has been a major deal for me.

We mainly see him to keep the prescriptions going. There's no cure for the problem. There's no magic solution that he can offer. He can simply give us the standard medications that are, you know, state-of-the-art right now. [redacted]

I waited a really long time for this appointment and it was only virtual. Every time I was talking, he would cut me off. He didn't let me share all of the information I wanted to share. He essentially dismissed me whenever I was sharing. He dismissed me when I shared about current treatments from doctors saying my diagnosis of convergence and sufficiency was garbage. There's nothing that can be done for me with a concussion (he didn't let me list all of my symptoms he told me he only wanted to hear my most troublesome and nothing more). He told me I was doing too much and just to, " get on with my life and deal with my symptoms and in time I will get better". Told me to keep taking the medication's for my migraines as they will help and get on a beta blocker for pots and try to get other medication for pots, but did not tell me what other type of medication would help. I didn't even share all of my meds I was taking with him because again he cut me off. I spoke with him on the virtual call for about 10 minutes and did not feel validated at all. [redacted]

I have been seeing Dr. Blachman for 43 years. He has been outstanding and there is no other neurologist that can compare to his level of care. I would like to thank him for taking care of me for such a long time and being an excellent provider.

Dr. BLACHMAN had very clearly reviewed recently my very complicated medical history, knew what was going on with several different aspects of my care, not just my neurological care. I thought it was quite impressive.
