I learned a great deal about my current medications, this provider's recommendations for changes, and plans for transitioning. I appreciate the thorough explanations he provided and the time spent.

They weren't provided with the records that they needed when the referral was made, but the doctor took his time going over everything with me and planned to get the records to follow up. So he really just took his time to listen to me and help me and help understand the situation and was going to make sure he got the records to make informed decisions. And I thought he handled it really well considering the records would have been helpful to navigate in the moment, but he was really kind throughout the whole thing, as well as the MA.
