I think Dr. Sahd is a very competent and respectful physician with a solid 'bedside manner'.

I am new to this practice and physician having relocated. I was shocked at how quickly I was able to get an appointment, how on time my appointment was on the day, how genuinely courteous the assistant, front desk staff and physician all were.

This was a new patient visit. I found the entire experience to be efficient, friendly and professional.

This was the first time that I saw Dr Sahd. So my answers some of the previous questions were difficult for me to answer because we have not had a chance to get to know each other yet.

It was my first time meeting Dr. Sahd. I found him to be kind, knowledgeable, professional, intelligent, and interested in my health and well-being. I feel comfortable and confident, at present, with Dr. Sahd as my new primary care physician.

This was my first time seeing Dr Paul and I am so appreciative of how kind and attentive he was during the Sick visit.

They were running on time.

He is not my primary care Dr but I felt heard and understood. He was very kind.

He asked me about me work and then did not respond and cut me off and said he had a lot of questions for me. This did not feel like a good start to a first session. The rest of the session felt average. He expressed concern for things that didn't matter to me. It felt overly empathetic. We will see how it goes over time, but it did feel somewhat rushed for a first session.

My appointment was on time and I never felt rushed by the nurse or the doctor. Dr. Sahd is easy to talk to and listens when I try to explain an issue I am having and makes suggestions about improvements.

I was pretty anxious about the procedure I was coming in for. Both the MD and his assistant were kind and compassionate and made me feel safe and comfortable.

I had an unexpected urgent medical concern and needed to be seen as soon as possible. Dr. Sahd managed to squeeze me in for an appointment, which I really appreciated. He was very attentive and thoughtful, and he made arrangements for some immediate tests to assess what was going on. I found Dr Sahd was very thorough. He questioned me about my vertigo, which I had when I made the call to be seen. The day before I saw an ENT, who did a physical test to see if I still had vertigo. I did not. I had done physical exercises that were given to me at Urgent Care at Cooley Dickinson Hospital. These exercises did help. I mentioned to him that I had been running hot and cold from one moment to another. He ordered blood tests to check on this and the results are normal.

Dr Sahd has been my Primary Care physician for 10 years or more. He is always open to hearing what my latest concern is -- and I have had a lot of him -- particularly, dealing with fibromyalgia and related psychiatric effects. He is thoughtful and sensitive and is open to any referrals I request.

Dr. Sahd was excellent. Everything was excellent and quick and easy.

Provider was fine. The issue I have with the office is the inability to reach a live person when there is a need. Sometimes I am put on hold for a very long time. Then I just give up.

I came into the office for a small procedure and it was a very pleasant experience over all. The Doctor was very comforting and thorough explaining the procedure and demonstrated confidence and thoughtfulness during the procedure. The nurse or assistant with the doctor was also very present for the visit and was a helpful relaxing. I felt like safe and assured that the biopsy and stitches were being done well. I also received information on when the test results would be back and received a phone call from the doctor giving me the results. I am very pleased and happy with the who experience. This was my initial visit with Dr. Sahd, and I am extremely pleased with the care I received from him. He did an excellent job ensuring I was involved in the appointment, listening to how I prioritized my issues, suggesting initial steps beyond the appointment, and providing information I did not expect to receive during this appointment.
