Dr. Paul Shyn is a very kind, considerate person (MD), who is always professional but also caring. He listens/answers questions and always makes sure that you understand your treatments and status of your illness. The use of virtual appointments with Dr. Shyn is a blessing. If we had to travel from [redacted] to B&W, it would take approximately 5 hours (to/from) plus trying to get parking where even the valet parking is overwhelmed. We are most fortunate to have Dr. Shyn as our physician.
