Not his fault, but for me this was my first visit to a new doctor, new practice, and a new location, [redacted] and my take, my perceptions, my feeling, was this doctor probably has too many patients thus reducing his care and concentration on this patient, me!

Had to insist for my previous and this visit that I receive a more complete physical examination rather than the apparent overly insurance industry controlled limited non-physical exam. This provider was sympathetic and provided more of the traditional physical examination I requested which I feel is a very necessary preventive measure to better ensure any health issues are identified early on that otherwise might go undetected adding to healthcare treatment costs in the long run without earlier detection. Dr Leong was professional and personable. He asked good questions and provided understandable answers to my questions.

Over the past few years, Dr. Leong has been my provider. We've developed a good relationship. He seems to understand what's important to me and seems to be mostly knowledgeable about any of the questions or concerns I've had. And for things outside of his expertise, he's referred me to good specialists.

The doctor listened to all of my current concerns and provided good answers to all of my questions. My right hip has been bothering me and he arranged for a followup bone density test.

Dr. Leong is excellent at dialogue. A big plus.
