Dr. Jones is excellent. Plain and simple Nothing else needs to be said.

She explained in great detail what was found on my brain. Dr Jones was very personable, attentive, and caring.

This was my first time meeting with Pamela and my first impressions were very good. i do believe we will have a very good relationship going forward.

Overall it was a positive experience. It was the first time I met this doctor, so I do not have to much to say at this moment except that she explained everything clearly and paid attention to what I said. She answered all my questions.

Dr. Jones was clearly an expert and very well prepared for our consultation. She'd reviewed my medical history and imaging and was prepared and presented her analysis and recommendations to me very clearly in a way I could understand, was open to any questions, addressed all of my concerns and showed real care and attention. This is a new doctor who replaced my retired doctor. She was very nice

We were impressed by her education and experience with my condition. She greeted us with a handshake and smile and I felt at ease throughout the visit. She used images and a skull and brain model to help with understanding. The next week, when we were at the hospital for a visit with other doctors, she recognized us walking in a crowded corridor and stopped to say hello and chatted a few minutes. This warmed my heart.

She provided good news and was kind enough to chat a bit with this old lady.

Dr. Jones was well-informed about my surgery history and aftermath and showed me in detail the results of a new MRI. She has taken over for my now-retired neurosurgeon, and I am quite pleased to have her oversee my condition.

She took time to explain the MRI in detail and answered any questions or concerns that I had.

Dr. Jones saw me at a time where I was very anxious and had to have surgery. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, clinically sound, wonderful surgeon. Her whole team is amazing and I still see her in follow-up. Couldn't ask for better or more. Thank you very much for all your care.

These were my first two appointments and I am highly impressed with the courtesy and professionalism. Everything was very smooth.

Dr. Jones explained my condition thoroughly, pointing out the adenoma and carotid dissection identifiedon my CT scans, and detailing the surgical process for removing the tumor. She was patient, answering the many questions my husband and I asked. We discussed the pros and cons of the surgery.

I guess briefly, I would just comment that she had exceptional bedside manner. She was a very good listener. I felt very heard and understood. She was very clear in communicating with me exactly how everything worked and what she did. answered any questions that I had, which really I didn't even have any. She explained everything so well. She got me right in and out. I did not wait around. I was not confused about anything. I didn't feel uncomfortable at any point. She was extremely friendly and kind. I would 100% recommend her to anybody. She was wonderful. I can't say enough. She was absolutely wonderful.

Dr. Jones is wonderful. Both times we've met with her she has treated us with respect and dignity, despite the fact that we ask endless questions. She has eased our concerns and left us feeling that if nothing else is certain, at least we are in the best, most qualified hands.
