Yes, I had a good experience. There haven't been any problems. When I've needed an interpreter, they've provided one. My primary care physician is good; I communicate well with him, and he explains things clearly. If there's anything he doesn't explain, I ask him. Okay.

Dr. Pamela Jones is a fabulous doctor. I would trust her with my life. I've had her in the past for a couple of hand surgeries and she's just incredible. I would recommend anybody I know going to her if they needed anything.

Dr Jones very clearly explained and showed me what surgery on my thumb would involve, but said that I could take my time in seeing how things go without surgery, first. She also did not see the need for immediate carpal tunnel surgery that had been advised by another doctor. Lastly, she referred me to a Pain Management doctor in helping me to fully utilize the Mass General Brigham network. She was great!

My medical issues are complicated and she took car to hear about them. This was my first visit with Dr. Jones

Dr. Jones was great. Had to wait two months to get an appointment and on the day of the appointment (mid afternoon) she was running an hour late. But that's to be expected when seeing a high demand excellent doctor who spends significant time with each patient she sees.

The provide is very good. Thorough and caring. Explained surgery very well.

Provider was fine by I waited almost an hour and a half from my scheduled appointment time until I was seen by the doctor. She never acknowledged the delay or apologized for being late. It showed no regard for my time being valuable.

This was our first meeting. I really liked her attitude. She listened, suggested options, but didn't push for me to do anything drastic. She was down to earth, easy to talk with, and I felt respected as far as it was my body, my choice.

Dr Jones explained everything to me, and gave me recommendations. The cortisone injection was very painful but I know that couldn't be helped! Will see her again to discuss surgery in the spring.

Dr. Jones is amazing as far as I am concerned. She is one of those who is on top of their game. She referred to me as Euthymic which I was sure meant manly and attractive but I looked it up anyway.... just to be sure...

I was not quite sure exactly who I saw besides the doctor and the X-ray tech. I thought she might be a PA or nurse practitioner but I answered the nurse questions as I was not sure. Regardless of her role, she was very good.

The care provider was highly recommended and I was totally satisfied with the attention to care with my issue. I had a great experience with this doctor and would recommend her to anyone who is in need of similar service.

Dr. Jones explained some options that other orthopedic Drs at MGH had said were out of the question. I was offered a new thumb brace, cortisone injection, and surgery options. Previous injections and surgery had been discouraged by Dr at mgh Boston and Waltham

Prolonged wait as my visit was closed prior to seeing physian, however MA questioned my presence because I was checked out and not see.

The doctor was great but the referring ortho doctor wrote that I should see the finger specialist in 4 weeks but I was given an appointment 8+ weeks later which was too late to see if the treatment was working or not. fortunately it did.

I was very happy with a previous experience with her so I completely trust her. She explained everything and gave me confidence that my upcoming surgery will go very well.

I very much appreciate Dr Jones skill as a hand specialist. The appointment was to receive a cortisone shot. While administrating the shot, she was able to determine another area that needed to be hit as well. I think she said that I have two nerve sheath rings (can't remember what term she used) I found this both interesting and amazing that she was able to tell that being on the other end of a syringe

However, she began questioning my health history and it was unclear as to why.
