This was the first time I met with Dr.Gomery and for the first time in years I felt as if I had hope regarding my issue. I gave him a 10 in the previous scoring so those aspects are covered but it was his understanding and empathy, his expertise and demeanor that made me take note of what an exceptional physician he his. I feel honored to be his patient.

This is a very difficult, and somewhat embarrassing procedure for someone who has never been catheterized before. The nurse was very professional and empathetic, significantly reducing the awkwardness. She announced what she was doing before doing it so there were no surprises and I felt more comfortable. Front office staff were friendly and professional as well. Everyone did a good job.

Doctor Gomery remembers important facts about my meds and history , problems and goals. He is very honest with me and respectful . I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor .

Feel like I'm being treated for the issues I have. I was very concerned after my recent testing and felt a little rushed or not able to get all questions answered but I do value Dr. Gomery and I'm putting my faith in him he's guiding me in the right direction for my condition.

As to the blood test. I did have a blood test 5 days ago. I the result was reported on the same day (normal). The provider did not get back to me with regards to the result. Not sure if he is supposed to do that. Dr. Gomery is very attentive. While he is not too technologically experienced, I don't see this to be a big barrier at the moment.

The phlebotomist was very friendsly, i never felt the needle. Verified 2 patien t identifiers at the begining and again as labeling tubes. She was wonderful. And I told her so. My job at MGH is to assure Joint COmmission compliance and she did great. The nurse who did my ultrasound was also very pleasant, so I hesitate to say that she left the door open and no curtrtain pulled as she left the room. But remmebered and turned back to shut it with an apology. NO ONE was in the hall. It just made me selfaware. Doctor Gomrey sneewed into both hands and never hand sanitized.
