Dr. ARNAOUT was very informative. He was relaxed. He made me comfortable. He was clear in his explanation of the procedures. He gave me options to consider. And he had a great sense of humor and I would recommend him, highly recommend him. I was very pleased. I'm meeting him in person in a couple of weeks, so we'll enjoy a face-to-face rather than a virtual.

He is an excellent doctor. He looked at my scans before I got there. He was prepared and explained everything to me told me my different options and I was impressed that he had studied all my skins before I even got into the office.

I was truly am amazed with the level of expertise and professionalism. The doctors and the majority of the nurses provided. I was extremely impressed that my occupational therapist had the exact same procedure and was fully versed and knowledgeable of what I had to look forward to down the road. Being a provider myself, and first responder growing up in New England MGH always carried the gold standard above behind all the hospitals in the Northeast.

The doctor explained the need for a potential surgical procedure, and answered all questions about it that each of us had. He also said he was open to hearing from any one of us who had further questions and I will be getting back to him in the near future to potentially schedule the procedure. I am feeling confident with all that he explained to us.

My experience with male doctors in the past have not been great. So I'm always a little apprehensive when I have a male provider. But Dr. Arnaout was the complete opposite. I can't believe this guy's a brilliant brain surgeon and just so down to earth and kind. He listened. He went through every possibility of what could happen during the surgery to make sure I understood, and I was comfortable with it. He's just fantastic. I walked in there feeling very anxious about having a tumor removed from my brain, which is a very scary thing, and I left there feeling relaxed, happy, knowing that I was in good hands.

New provider had been provided with my current rare issue I suffer from, from the dr that had left the practice .

My provider was Dr. Omar Arnaout. I thought he was an excellent doctor. He listened to me. I listened to him. I think we had a great conversation. He devised a plan, kind of plan B, if you would, because of a pacemaker that I have. But he devised a plan, and I went along with that. I can honestly say I could express a great amount of confidence in him.

I really like Dr Arnaout ! He explained to me the results of the MRI. I had questions and my husband had question that he responded w/o hesitations in a very simple way

He was exceptional. I feel like I was in such good hands. Absolute confidence in my care team and I'm really grateful to be connected with this provider.

After a few delayed time for my virtual appointment. Once i got on the information given. Didnt get to talj to the doctor but the person who came on wss very helpful

I was pleasantly surprised when meeting and speaking with the doctor as it was the first time meeting him. He was professional yet down to earth. Explained what the prognosis is and how we will go about dealing with it going forward.

My reason for visit wasn't clear to him. Not sure if it was how the appointment was scheduled. He thought it was just a follow-up from an MRI that was done that showed no issues with a prior tumor. He was unaware that the reason for visit wasn't clear exposed hardware from this prior surgery. As soon as as I explained what I was there for, the appointment went smoothly.

Dr Arnaout was exceptional. He found out the day of my visit that my referral to him had been denied but still met with me and was very helpful. He spent a lot of time with me, and his office is now helping me with my insurance appeal. Very professional.

I journeyed down to Boston from Vermont because the care in Boston has a great reputation. It was exhausting but worth the trip down as what I am dealing with is concerning. Which is more than what was happening where I am from. Second opinions, better opinions are important to me and my family.

My original provider, who I had been seeing for many years at Mass General, left his practice and transferred me to the new provider at the Brigham. I was pleased that the new provider has thoroughly reviewed my medical record and was up to speed on my treatment.

Dr Arnaout was on time, very thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He was not in a rush, asked more than once if there were any more questions and put me at ease. His sense of humor helped make scary thing less scary. And he got me in for a CTScan immediately before we left Boston.
