I've been a patient of Dr Nishioka for 30+ years. I've 7 colonoscopies during that time period. My visit on [redacted] was to discuss my elevated ferritin levels and symptoms. Dr. Nishioka is a wonderful doctor. He is a true professional and treats me with respect. He listens very carefully to me and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a doctor in his field.

I felt validated and heard. Which was so important. We are still following up. And I'm hoping to hear from him soon but my initial experience with this provider could not have been better. He was great, well educated, and easy to communicate with.

Dr. Nishioka was warm, kind, and understanding regarding my concerns about how the colonoscopy prep and procedure might affect my other health issues. He assured me that one of my concerns wasn't an issue and that the others could be (and often are) managed. He did so in a gentle, good-humored, and wise way that makes such a difference in the experience of patients.

First time we met him and he was caring, a good listener and seemed open to our complicated case.
